Can Create A Path Of Change

I feel so blessed that anyone would choose to be a part of the flow of information coming from my life experiences. I understand how life experiences can educate and change a person’s path through knowledge and awareness. Knowledge is power, but awareness coupled with application is invaluable. The key step is application. The question posed: Do you understand how to apply what you have learned? Life experiences trump academia when it comes to understanding and applying information. Someone can read and learn theory, but without application, theory is useless. My goal with any book is to motivate the reader to ask themselves questions, develop an opinion, and then test that opinion through the lens of their life experiences. A person should research information in multiple ways so that what has been gathered contains more than one perspective based on fact, not emotion. Emotions may be what put you in the questioning position to begin with, so really focus on what is factual, not emotional. Action based on emotional sand will wash away at its first true test. Foundational action based on a platform of stone will withstand the scrutiny test.
Remember, life changes don’t happen because we try harder. They happen because we begin to understand and process the way in which we think. We move towards what we think about, so if you want to make a change in your life, you need to change the way you think. The circumstances of your life are not the problem. The problem is the way you think about your circumstances. It’s your worldview. It is the way in which you view and process information relative to the knowledge and concrete data you gather. What you feed your mind is what you will become. Daily Mantras can provide a backdrop of good information to help identify, understand, and wrangle thoughts to guide change down a positive path. They are not for you to read and decide what is wrong with the person causing you discomfort. They are for you to understand the role you play inside that discomfort. My gurus always say get used to being uncomfortable during the awareness process. Within those moments of discomfort, clarity and discernment can arise. Habits and patterns determine the direction your life flows, not reaction and blame. Awareness helps you choose.
